First of all see how to protect your community from the spam: Tackling "the spam problem

You seems has no captcha on registration, I suggest to configure one.
Currently the only way to hide all user post seems to be the extension Spamblock by FriendsOfFlarum

For delete post (more then one) you can try the extension Mass Actions

Googol in this case I suggest to contact the FreeFlarum team and report the issue, asking them how you can prevent spam if you have no access to those extensions.
