Flarum is easy to install and discourse is a real pain to make it live. It will be good to have a nice theme like that for Flarum.
luceos Zako sounds like an interesting idea. But in order to open bounties on this proposal it needs to have a clear set of goals, like which elements need to be at least transformed.
