Discussions display - list or grid- extension?

Is there any extension or a way without editing the template files for the discussions to display in a grid view, instead of a list view.

Sewes not sure I know what you mean. What would a grid view look like - do you have an example? There is an extension converting Tags in a more traditional Forum design: https://discuss.flarum.org/d/23184-flarum-categories if that is what you are looking for?

GreXXL Basically you have your tags on your left hand side which is fine. But the list view of the discussions must change.!

Sewes ah okay. I think some people have modified Flarum to look like this (for example: https://discuss.flarum.org/d/23044-devnl-dutch-developers-forum-how-i-customized-flarum). But I am not aware that there is an extension available that you can install to modify your installation to look like this.

Something like that is certainly possible, but requires a modification of the DiscussionIndex component. Which isn't really that complicated to get done. It would need to be developed as an extension though. There's no existing extension (that I know of) or core functionality to make this happen.

@Sewes you can take a look at this extension https://extiverse.com/extension/dem13n/discussion-cards it’s I think fairly close to what you are wanting. It’s not exact but it’s close.
