I'm looking for web hosting with cPanel or other panels that support Flarum. But not more than $1 per month.
If Softaculous is included then it's good. It's not required.
If any good brand name is available in the market please let me know.

Wulfheart Cause on free hosting always there are some restrictions on service with priority support.
That's why I'm trying to find some cheap but good support hosting company.

You'll need a valid credit card to get access to Oracle Cloud Always Free.
Aim for the Ampere-power compute, you'll get plenty of CPU, RAM, HD.

I use Cloudflare to handle DNS and security.

For admin panel I use CloudPanel, very easy to manage.
I have several sites running WordPress, Ghost and a bunch of others running completely free.

I followed this guide for installing Flarum in this enviroment.

For Flarum SMTP mail I use Zoho Always Free for one forum. Brevo (former Sendinblue) for the other.

I've had huge economical loss, since Covid, so I found out how to run all of this without spending any $$$.

ahtasnim Then go to hetzner and get a server with 2 cores and 4gb RAM for 4.51 € per month with excellent support. Alternatively I can recommend uberspace to you for as low a 1€ per month.
