Kurdish Language Pack

The Kurdish language pack made by third parties is now available. Horhorist/flarum-bikurdi

INSTALLATION
Flarum use Composer to manage its dependencies and extensions. The Kurdish (northern-kurmancî) language pack is available on Packagist and can be managed that way. Make sure that Composer is installed on your machine, then run the following command in the location where Flarum is installed:
composer require horhorist/flarum-bikurdi

UPDATING
Just like the installation procedure, make sure that Composer is installed on your machine, then run the following commands in the location where Flarum is installed:

composer update horhorist/flarum-bikurdi php flarum cache:clear

The language pack is released under the Apache-2.0 license. Please see the license terms.

Is there any reason why you created your own language pack instead of contributing to flarum-lang/kurdish-northern?

rob006 I initially tried to do it as you described, but I didn't have much time, so I created my own package to make it simpler.

horhorik Why do you think that creating your own package is simpler? Official language pack is integrated with Weblate and automates a lot of stuff, so it should be easier to maintain it than own package.

Oh, I see you used SKevo18/flarum-language-generator to generate translations automatically. Be aware that result is probably far from perfect. Besides regular mistranslated strings typical for automated translations, this script has its own problems, like treating comments as part of the string, skipping phrases with placeholders and using invalid file names for some extensions. It also seems to be based on outdated list of extensions and uses outdated locale files.

rob006 I know, that's why I'm editing it. And thx but I didn't understand how the weblate system works, so I tried to do it in a simpler way.

horhorik It is pretty simple: you create an account and translate extensions through web interface: https://weblate.rob006.net/languages/kmr/flarum/ - bot will take care of exporting translations to language pack and help create a release.
