GreXXL liber I am not aware of anyone working on this. You can make aProposals (which should go in more depth on what you want to see achieved of course). Also you should know that "Federation" is one hot topic to be implemented with Flarum 2.0 (see more: https://discuss.flarum.org/d/32812-the-future-of-flarum-in-2023-balancing-open-source-and-success).
