Please tell me how to solve the following error

Swiftmailer Deprecated Code:
Update the Swiftmailer library to a version that is compatible with your Flarum installation. You can do this using Composer:

   composer require swiftmailer/swiftmailer:"*"

This command will update Swiftmailer to version 6.0 or later, which should resolve the deprecated code issues.

Laminas\HttpHandlerRunner Error:
Update the Laminas\HttpHandlerRunner library to a more recent version. Run the following command:

   composer require laminas/laminas-httphandlerrunner:"*"

This will update Laminas\HttpHandlerRunner to version 1.0 or later, which may address the fatal error.

After updating these dependencies, clear the Flarum cache by running:

The best solution to this is disabling deprecation errors, which is the recommendation and default on production systems.

Arbitrarily forcing third party packages to a certain version as lighthouse suggests can break your community, or using the wildcard has zero effect as the best version is automatically selected by composer anyway.
