Admin create new user requires invitation code

In admin panel, I was trying to create a new user manually but failed by using the flarum core feature 'Users', it requires 'an invite code', but I am either not seeing any place to insert an invite codo or do not have (or generate) an invite code.

Flarum information

flarum version 1.8.3
php version 8.1.24

Anyone got the same issue? Or am i missing somthing. Please help.

I tried to register as a guest, but still needs invite code.
I also even tried install 'Group Invitation' extension, and entered a ccode generated by the extension, but showing invite code invalid. 😆

Mikenthuzi are you using the fof/doorman extension? Please share your php flarum info output.
