I deleted the flarum php version, I can't install it again

BatuhanBakay can you tell us more about your hosting?

From the error message it looks like php8.0 is not available on your system. If you previously had it, maybe you also removed the APT repository that provided it, or your Linux distribution removed it from the default repository.

Are you saying you don't have any PHP installed anymore, or specifically 8.0? If you have 8.1 or 8.2 it will work fine, even better for Flarum.

We are dedicated supporting Flarum - but this is clearly out of scope. We can’t assist you setting up a web server. If you are not comfortable with that task I wrongly recommend switching to a managed hosting provider.

Ubuntu 18.04 has been out of support since April this year, so it's probably a good idea to rebuild a new server on a supported Ubuntu version.

Ubuntu will come with at least one PHP version in its repository, or you can use the popular ondrej repository to access other PHP versions, like suggested in most tutorials.

Like GreXXL says, this site isn't really for help about setting up basic web servers. Your host might have documentation and maybe their own support forum where you can find more help if needed. You can come back to us if you have any Flarum-specific issue 😉

If I upgrade from scratch to ubuntu 22, should there be no changes to the flarum files?

BatuhanBakay Updating your operating system will have no impact on the application files of Flarum, no.
That said as with every upgrade we strongly advise that you backup your files and database as a precautionary measure.
