Create download and countdown buttons

I want to create a document download forum. I want every time a user clicks on the download button, a countdown will appear for about 10-30 seconds before displaying the download link. Can anyone show me how to do it?

alantuke, what download button are you talking about? Are you talking about fof/upload?

GreXXL It requires a certain amount of time for the download link to become active. The sample will be active 30 seconds after pressing the download button.
