Jbugy there is an ad extension available here: https://discuss.flarum.org/d/28506-davwheat-ad-units. If it's fixed content you could also use widgets (afrux/forum-widgets-core) with the HTML widget (https://discuss.flarum.org/d/28516-custom-html-widget).
