Hello, everyone,
I have my forum that is connected to my discord server and I wanted to implement a feature like:

User is banned from the server

Post UnBan request on the forum (request is visible only by him and staff)

The request is accepted by the staff via special buttons

Is there already an extension or do you have one to recommend?

Thegamer2021 I’m pretty sure if someone knew of a solution they would have responded by now. The staff and community here are pretty good about that. Do things get overlooked why of course they do but not very often in my experience. I’m not aware of any kind of solution for what you are wanting. There’s not even an extension to sync Discord roles just logging in. My guess is this is something that’s gonna have to be custom made for your community.

ernestdefoe Yeah I think you'd have to write a bot that handles the discord API in such a way to basically forward messages to and from the forum?
Perhaps something like

Backend job on the forum that watches for log activity on the discord server, reports the ban changes as notifications to the admin group.
Template for posting in certain threads on the forum
Current extension for discussion templates
Notification + custom extension to parse the template for discord username and request and either have a button on the forum for the admin group only per thread.
Discord bot that listens for Admin responses in that tag and unbans users appropriately

That's how i'd imagine it'd be done, although I couldnt make something like that personally (or want to)

Lumeinshin well I’m not very technical when it comes to this kind of stuff but what you described sounds right but again like I said would require an extension be built to handle something like this. Unfortunately fof/webhooks only work one way I believe but something similar to that could help in what the OP is wanting to do.
