KvizadSaderah usually, you obtain SMTP credentials from your email provider. You can then fill those values in the Flarum admin panel, and like you say sometimes you might need to contact your hosting provider to allow outbound SMTP connections.
If you already tried unsuccessfully, can you maybe share the credentials you tried (without the password) and the error messages you receive in the Flarum log file ?
Also please specify the names of the companies you use for email and web hosting.
