The issue

Trying to add Role sign, or at least color around avatar on the front page of the forum. Is that possible?

My site is a ticket exchange, and there will be "trusted" users assigned to the role of trusted. Is there a way to make this stand out on the front page?

I think this question was added on discord too? Yes this is possible, but no extension - that I know of - does this right now. You could try to look on extiverse.com for possible candidates. Otherwise it would have to be build.
