how to add sub tag in the main tag

i want to add sub-tag in the main tag .. so when the user add new discussion and select the main tag he will only see the sub tag for the selected one not all child tags
i will make community that have cites as main tags and each city have Residential neighborhoods

fisher762 You can drag primary tags underneath another primary tag, thus creating sub- or child tags.
