Move to dedicated server.

My company gave used Flarum for our site for a while now, and we have been using shared hosting services to accommodate this, sadly their equipment isn't enough to support us anymore, and we are moving to our own dedicated web server. How would one go around transferring ALL the data to our new server, with minimal interruptions.

(by interruptions I mean creating new flarum user accounts, posts, etc.)

prepare the new server by installing flarum and the same extensions, test everything with a clean install.
set the TTL of the domain dns to 300 24 hours ahead of the switch.
set or add the key offline to the config.php to true on the old hosting, not the new one
download the database and assets directory
upload these to the new server
test everything by updating your hosts file locally
switch the dns record to point to the new server and increase TTL to the default or an hour
