tags: temporarily suppress log spam

Hi! I need to make several tag changes, but I don't want these sorts of changes to be logged in the discussion.

For example:
<user> removed the <tag> tag a few seconds ago.

Is there a way to temporarily suppress these messages instead of having to delete them one by one? Thank you!

navindra no, you would have to develop a custom extension to suppress those messages.

You could also modify tags directly in the database, which wouldn't produce any event post. But it could cause issues with other extensions that listen for tag deletion events, as events won't be sent to extension when editing the database.
