Unfortunately, the software does not offer a mail service. Are there any free ways to achieve that? We have now tested different ones, but everyone doesn't really work. At the latest when notification (on post / like) there are no emails.

Trc4 every mail service should work. If you are not getting emails on activity something else might be wrong.
Eg if using your mail service on your own domain then setting up the correct spif and dkim records is important. If you installed a queue but didn't set up it's worker, it won't send emails.

Emails are sent when registering / password. However, not notifications for new posts on a contribution.

At Flarum i postet this:

Trc4 if your email is successfully being sent from the admin email page when clicking test email then it's not an issue with flarum, but with queue or otherwise another extension. But if you're hosted with FreeFlarum you will need to get their help, we don't know how it's configured or see any errors.

The test email is sent without any problems. There are only no notifications that have been activated in the UseraCcount.

We have been there. In the meantime it is hosted itself.

I am not really familiar with it yet. The forum was installed and I took it over.

Trc4 that error is 6 days old, you think it relates? It seems there is a class missing though. You could try to see if it can be downloaded using composer install --prefer-dist --no-dev -a.

i don't know it relates to flarum itself or the mail settings. the log is the newest.
