Hello. I'm not sure if it's exactly the same error. I still have the same issue of posts being duplicated and "unknown" appearing instead of the user's name (the console keeps showing a 500 error); I'm having trouble creating a new post because an error message appears, it says it didn't go through, but the post ends up being created multiple times.
Also, I've noticed that many new users don't have their emails activated. So I tried to create a user and got the same error message. The user itself was created because when I tried again, it said the username already existed, and it really did. However, the email deliveries are also not happening, and even when I click "resend activation email," the error message appears.
So now it seems there is also an error in sending emails, but not all of them, because I have the "Mailing" extension and I can send individual emails, though I occasionally get a delivery error.
I installed the "Log Viewer" extension, copied the latest generated file, and pasted it into a Google Drive file. Its a very long file, so I'll put the file at this link.

[Edit] I noticed that the log shows the error "Error: no valid recipients," but the emails being registered by users are valid, so this error is not related to incorrect email field entry.
