I've got a self-hosted software support forum for some software products I sell.
Can anyone suggest how I can mark a question so that I know I still need to answer it? Sometimes I don't have time to answer immediately, and I when I get back to the forum I can no longer remember who's waiting for an answer.
I installed the "best answer" extension, but marking a post as "best answer" isn't quite right: sometime the OP will come back to the same topic with a new question (or a further question about the same subject), and then it's weird to remove the "best answer" label.
I guess if there was some way of creating a tag that only admins can see, I could create a "needs help" tag that could be easily added and removed. But I'm not seeing a way of creating tags that only admins can see.
Suggestions would be much appreciated!
