If you are talking about video hosting in general, it's rarely something you want to self-host. You can already embed external videos from many services using the MediaEmbed feature. Are there specific platforms you'd like to embed in Flarum that are currently not possible?
If you want to allow your users to start live video broadcasts directly from your site, again the best would probably be to use the API of an existing video hosting service. First choose a service that fits your need and budget, then create a custom Flarum extension to integrate with your site.
