Сan't find the composer

After moving from shared hosting to VPS, the composer no longer works along the path of the site, as if it had never been there. Because of this, I cannot delete or install extensions. What is the path to the composer if I installed the Flarum via zip?

Capybara yeah a VPS is pretty different than shared hosting. Not all shared hosts are capable of running some things in Flarum or aren’t set up for it.
