Get Id User When Hover On Username

Hello everyone,
When I hover over a username in a discussion, I want to show a popup with the user's basic information. However, I can't seem to get the ID of the user I'm hovering over. Is there a way to capture the user's ID from the username element when hovering? Any guidance would be appreciated!

luceos I tried using a mouseover event to capture the user ID, but it seems the element doesn’t include it. I’m not sure where to pull the ID from. Any ideas?
