today I've carefully tested, I tried post a batch discussions, turns out about 40% discussions will "disappear" in latest discussion list in about half an hour after posted, then some of these disappeared discussions re-appear after about 1 and half hour but some other discussions started to disappear. then after about another 1 hour, all these discussions re-appear, but maybe it's because some of these discussions are commented.
however, in another flarum forum of mine, which has basically same extensions and configs, and only 3 users for testing purpose and very few discussions, the newly posted discussions won't disappear at all.
yes it's a recently created forum.
seems this status start to happen very soon after created.
I installed quite some extensions.
