DarthObvious have you cleared the Flarum cache? If you edit en existing post and change at least 1 character anywhere in the post and save, does the URL fix itself?
Flarum is supposed to use the URL from the config file dynamically, but this is part of the formatter renderer which gets cached by Flarum.
