Zako can you give us more details?

You mean you can create tags but not drag them under a primary tag? Are you able to re-order primary tags?

Have you successfully used the drag and drop feature of the tags admin panel on a different forum in the past or is this your first time? I know it's not always intuitive that the tags can be dragged.

Your php flarum info output will be useful in any case.

I can arrange a hierarchy of 3 tags after that every secondary tag slips out. Check the image below ![

I'm 100% guessing here but I assume you want Grill Maintenance and Safety to be a sub tag of Safety and Health Tips

To do this you will want to drag Grill Maintenance and Safety to the primary tag side (left) and sit it under Safety and Health Tips - you kinda have to drag it under then slightly to the right and it will be be slightly indented (a sub primary tag)

If that's not the case then please disregard.
