Yes, yes, of course. I had hidden the close button thinking that only visitors would see it. As far as I understand, there is no distinction between visitors and members, and even if a member hides the welcome hero, they should still see it when they log in from a different browser, right? So this works entirely based on a cookie. The usage seems strange to me.
I plan to use CSS to prevent visitors from hiding it and hide it only from members. I will also add the CSS code for those who want to use it like me under this comment.
