I'd like for a setting that either enables notifications for all posts in discussions you've started, or that enables automatically following discussions you start (via the subscriptions extension, the way you can enable automatically following discussions you reply to). Currently my users are having to manually follow their own discussions if they want to be notified for posts that don't reply directly to theirs.
(The subscriptions extension doesn't seem to have a discussion page and the only thing I was able to find about it is a thread here from almost ten years ago that implies it's part of core flarum, so please let me know if my information is out-of-date and I should request that feature somewhere else).
