After i do the final code review, polish it up, and run some tests, i’m planning to release the first test version in a few days – finally!
As i understand it, Flarum's notification feature is not really designed for sending custom or bulk notifications. I’ve spent a lot of time figuring things out through trial and error, but i can finally say, “it’s working!” In theory, sending notifications to hundreds of users at once should only take a few milliseconds. I’m testing everything on a forum running with 128MB of RAM and without being hosted locally, and everything looks good so far.
There are still plenty of gaps to fill, but I know you’re all eagerly awaiting the progress. Don’t worry, I feel the same way! I’ve been working non-stop for nearly 3 weeks now. I want to thank Wlork for the continued support since day one of the development process.
