I want to create a new forum community and I'd want to know, to have more probability to have success, if the forum will also need a blog with daily articles to gain more visitors.
What do you think about?
New forum: blog+forum combo needed?
Flarum + Wordpress with Premium WordPress Integration

Alternatively, only Flarum with Blog extension:

Thanks, but I would like to know first if it is a better solution to have forum+blog, or forum is enough.
My idea is to have only a forum, but if having a blog is a good choice to attract more visitors from search engines I'll try that solutions.
SocialNetworkDeath It depends somewhat on how you use it. AI is evolving, and accordingly, search engines are also changing.
If you believe that high-quality content will be produced in the forum and that visitors will read long discussions instead of leaving the site immediately, you will need WordPress less.
Forums tend to be outdated, filled with spam content, and lose relevance over time. That’s why supporting them with a WordPress blog is often preferred.
Flarum blog extension is less powerful than Wordpress for SEO?
huseyinfiliz what a take.
The fact that most search engines provide answers to queries based on AI instead of search engine results is fascinating. Though people might still want to scroll over these results, AI based answers might actually reduce the value and need of SEO by quite a bit.
Interestingly this strengthens my belief that building community is hardly about SEO, but primarily about building a following, securing engagement and adding value to lives.
