Edem I believe everything you describe is the intended behavior.
In an older Flarum version, there used to be an additional tab in the admin label but that's no longer the case. Pages can be created and managed directly on the extension page. If you don't see anything else except the enable/disable button, try clearing the cache.
After a page is created, no link is automatically added anywhere. You can link to the page in a forum post, or use the FriendsOfFlarum Links extension to add a link to the main menu, like we did on this forum.
