Select Post Best Answer

Hi,
I have a problem with this extension :/
Why owner of discussion don't see option to select post for best answer? Owner is in Members group but he see
option to select post for best answer if I move him to the administrators group. So why people from Members group can't see and use this option?

Check your permissions:

Looks like by default, only Admins and Mods can select a post as best answer.

A great addition would be the ability to choose which tags you can select an answer under. That way it isn't an option under non-help or question tags.

Seems like the global row has higher priority than Tag permission. It wont work If you set global to Admin and enable per tag,

For me, the extension do not work with permissions group. There are just administrator user who can view and selected post best answer. A idea ? Thank you

LuffyyffuL @WiwatSrt that's related to the same issue I had with Byobu and recipients not showing initially.. Still haven't found a cause for it.

IMO the Creator or OGAdmin shouldn't be browsing / posting anything except the forum rules etc. It's called admin for a reason and should be used for administration and not socializing.
Same reason why you don't surf the web as root.

That being said, my 2nd in command has admin and Mod rights and is able to mark best answer.
