Satyajit , it seems beta 6 does not offer a web installer. You will have to use composer.

deseven ~~Should do – as far as I can remember, there haven't been any breaking API changes in this release (only deprecations).~~

Oops, there are indeed a few breaking changes so third-party extensions are unlikely to work. Sorry I didn't document this.

Another extension that doesn't work with beta.6 is my extension datitisev/flarum-ext-dashboard.
I am aware, and will deploy a fix soon.

Toby You did change in the administration the settings or something to use app.data or so, I can't remember the specifics right now. Instead of app.settings it is now app.data.settings.

Toby nevertheless, it turned out that many 3rd-party extensions for beta 5 don't work as expected in beta 6 (or don't work at all) ?

Congratulations @Toby and the rest of the team for your amazing efforts, time and dedication you've all put into Flarum. It isn't going unnoticed of course. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to disable. Pages? Links? MediaEmbed? All that stuff?

In particular, the flagrow/flarum-ext-analytics extension will crash your site right now if enabled during upgrade to beta.6 ?

These are base extensions and should be ok to remain enabled
