mgilang TapaTalk's API is outdated and no longer maintained by their staff. I would suggest looking into Pusher for push notifications and the likes.

thanks for the link, the purpose is to make user more easy accessing forum.
not all my user is tech savy or even want to open browser then typing forum url just to read any new post.
will try deep this android apps. hope ios will come out soon.

Does Flarum include a WYSIWYG editor for users?

web2europe No. Or at least not at this stage. But when replying to a topic, scroll down a bit and you will actually see what you are writing as you write it, even when you include BB code and emoji's. ?

Prosperous web2europe I actually like that better than WYSIWYG. You have the immediacy of WYSIWYG as well as the fine control of direct entry.

One issue, however, is that you have to scroll the page down in order to see the preview area. I think the page should automatically scroll down all the way by default when you start typing.

Barliesque Clicking on the reply button moves the view down automatically.

Ok, managed (fairly easily) to install flarum on my test server, great stuff.
Now i have to find how to add a menu on the header.
It's always so exciting to dig into new software, can't wait to get back to work ?

Super news we have been following Flarum as we have finalized to use this in one of our project just waiting for a stable ver very soon.

your updates are very slow. i mean in 1 year you release 1 update and flarum will be old before the stable version
So i ask you to provide paid services or sell flarum/ that will make you get support / money will make you finish it quickly

i sure flarum lovers will buy it 100%

think about it, its better to you and to us, open-source always slow in updates?

Dramex It's been mentioned time and time again that Flarum will remain open-source and funding is not the issue; it's time and commitments that both developers are trying to juggle.

When things are free then yes it does take time. I would rather sacrifice and have an amazing platform than pay for something just to have it in stable a little quicker.
