I have it enabled on my forums and find it to be an important feature.

A guest could reply to topics
But not be able to start new discussions or upload images
Ability to enter a name and maybe an e-mail address

Are there any restrictions in the Flarum core that would prevent this to be implemented ?

No. It will, most likely, be an extension. Not everyone requires this feature.

Kobaia Described exactly what I was wondering about. Just set up Beta 2 and couldn't find a way to enable guest activity.

I don't think it requires any extension. We can just add an option of guest in posting permissions. simple ?

look good but i wish the post test bar can be detached in other to move or shift it to where ever you wish to.

If this is not added and the Flarum extension api has the same render/before/after event system as esoTalk, I will look into doing this as an extension.
