1)I think there should be a "go to top" button.
2)and in the discussion there should be mention of the users level.I mean if its Admin it should have "Administrator" after avatar.I know there there is icon but you dont get exactly who is who.
3)If you use more than three tags for starting topic the 'reply meta' is completly disappeared on small screen .sorry my english is bad.

There's an "Original Post" link on the right that takes you to the top.
There's an "Administrator" tooltip if you hover over the badge.
Yeah we need to find a way to fix that... we should probably only show 2-3 tags on the discussion list.

... Is there a possibility that some languages may need to inflect verbs like "liked" and "posted" and "replied" (and any others that may appear in the notification area) to agree with the gender of the poster?

If so, perhaps this would be a good item to add to the L10n stumbling blocks thread...

Dominion This has been discussed before (can't remember where). We've built support into the translation system to ensure that this will be possible with an extension. So some language packs will need to depend on a "gender" extension which adds a gender field to user profiles, and hooks into the translation system. The language packs will then be able to define translations like this:

  male: He liked this
  female: She liked this

Ah, that's interesting. It tells me that I may be able to do something similar if I want to allow a phonetic ordering of Japanese names in the member list page. I could make the Japanese language pack dependent on an extension that will add a "reading" field to the user profile.

I wasn't sure if a language pack could be made dependent on another extension. That's good to know!
