I had many hundreds of replied posts between thread. And X posts is not displayed for X setting between posts.
Temporary I set "Specify after how many posts to place an ad" value in to 1000 posts or more ?

How about the option to add an advertisement when the user is about to leave the browser window. It's something I've noticed happen on big sites already. Any other feature requests are welcome too for this extension.

You know the one when you click a link, it opens an ad in the current window and opens the current website in a new tab ? That's the worst ? I would never actually dare implement that in an extension ?

As for the feature suggestion I mentioned earlier, it would be having an option of including an ad within a single post (e.g. the first), like shown in the image below. This would be (in my case) a replacement for the in-between-n-posts option, considering that Adsense only allows 3 ads within a single page.

Edit: Another way, at least that I hope it wouldn't be so hard to implement would be to be able to limit the number of in-between-n-posts impressions - e.g. from 1 to infinity.

Adsense allows as many ads as you want. The new policies says that the ads shouldn't exceed the content.

yu2un Feel free to do a PR. You can even do that within Github without any complex forking and stuff. Just edit the file in the github editor ?

@luceos - I tried testing a banner ad in the header 728x90.
on mobile the banner ads doesn't resize itself.

What should be done to make the header ad mobile responsive?
