Marianox Hate to say it, but customer support with HostGator is beyond extremely poor it's utterly embarrassing. EIG buy companies and flush customer support down the pipes. I was with HostGator for many years and since the takeover it just went downhill. I am now with Liquid Web and I couldn't be happier. I pay more but at the end of the day I like waiting for 1-2 minutes to receive all the support I need from knowledgeable staff who go above and beyond to ensure everything you requested is resolved.
My opinion.
People have different experiences of course and if you don't need support then the price is indeed not bad at all.
