Renting with 3D and flat management

Hey guys, I am writing here and would like to validate my new business idea which is basically a web platform for tenants and landlords.. We are going to offer some specific services: For tenants: 3D walks available on the website which helps the tenants to check a flat 100% real (no shitty pics and descriptions anymore), booking system and online payments. For landlords: flat management system, which offers contact problem solving, taking care of the flat issues, negotiating the contracts and looking for new tenants. What do you think about this idea? Would you use this kind of service? I would be grateful for any feedback ? cheers and have a good day! ?

LukaszBartosiewicz 3D walkthroughs can be useful, but sometimes flat blueprint-style diagrams give a better overview of the whole space. I like it when both are provided, sometimes the rendered diagrams give me a headache trying to account for the perspective.

I'm curious, what are you meaning when you say "3D walks"? There's more than a couple of ways to go about this. Are you going to stitch together a bunch of stills, recreate it in a 3D app, or offer real-time archviz?

I've got interest in real-time archviz. There's a lot of potential here in the near-future.

What do you think about subscription model (more less like Airbnb)- agency charges 5% from the landlords and 5% from the tenants monthly in terms of taking care of the property?

You mean like what most property management sites already have? There are services that exist already so I'm sure you can find a script or two searching Google.
