Blueh Nope, I dont think so - core is core, only the most important things and ability to easily extend everything with good useful API. There are extensions which can be added really easily. It is much easier to maintain them and make core bug less

An extension to do proper spoilers, unfortunately Sijad's one isn't quite what is needed in some instances and I'd say he's too busy with the development of Flarum itself to re-jig his small extension.

One is adding an option in user settings which allows user to toggle dark mode.
Another one is adding custom emoticon and showing picker in editor.

Make it possible to make content of a post only visible to specified groups, possibly using [] tags.

@Kyrne, a very usefull extension would be a discussion expire extension

Permissions can define who can set expire date/time on a discussion
Discussion poster gets notification of expiring / expired
Discussion can be locked after expired date/time has been reached
'clock' icon from fontawesome can be used
icon can changed based on time left until expiring (number icons or colors)
Link under All Discussion (left bar) can be created to filter all discussions with active/expired date/time

Timezone difference as it is not possible to set timezone but the discussion creation time can be used if calculated based on hours

A good one that i would like to see is one where on a post the users avatar there are round circles with any groups they are part of, some different ones in an extension maybe a banner at the bottom with the group name in, a different colour circle around the avatar etc. just a few options ?

What if a user is a part of more than one group? Why not have a system where it fuses these colors like a color wheel? I'm actually looking forward to the day that someone tweaks the hell out of the user profile pages so it allows more customization ? (Drag and drop widgets, Visitor Messages, Friends List, profile cover, etc).
