Tags Anomaly

I see the "Support" tag towards the left side of my screen. When I click that, "Installation", a sub-tag of Support opens up under Dev.

When I click on Dev itself, subtags Extensibility, Theming and i18n open up under Dev. Installation disappears.

Is this a bug or am I missing something?

What browser are you using?
