The important always according to my exigence is that the new discussions are treated as usually while the older than 2 days become a BLOG ordered by first publish date, exactly as if I used wordpress

A few suggestions:

Make this into a Flarum command so you can re-use basically everything (no db login, no raw sql, events are thrown and event posts are added, ...)
Set the timeout as a command parameter so it can be customized easily, or even better, a Flarum configuration option if you put it into an extension

And just for your post formatting:

Remove your commented code from the snippet, users may be confused (that sql file)
Use ```php at the start of your code snippet to get better formatting (I believe this should work)

You are doing it with high flexibility and solid framework in SQL. What your doing, has absolutely NOTHING to do with Flarum, which is also why your able to Google the pieces together and work on a forum barely anyone knows about (Yet). I can bet my life that you didn't find a single answer to your Google questions in a Flarum related post, probably just general SQL and PHP questions on StackOverflow ?

What he is trying to accomplish here is to share something that can be done with Flarum. Obviously @nova4x sees it very useful and shared it to us. That is the power of Flarum community - Everyone contributes and share stuff.

Thanks and I really appreciate as the positive as the negative opinions as a solid thrust for my improvement

I use a PRODUCTION FLARUM SITE for my job and despite my poor skills I can constantly adapt it to my exigences

As many of you noticed, probably I can't help very much but I can witness what I can realize thanks to the high flexibility and power of FLARUM

I think that in a good community also the real application examples may help... above all to persuade who is still indecise if migrate to FLARUM or not
