This has been discussed in various other places but I wanted to make it official in this thread. This extension is largely abandoned (in it's current state), but will be replaced with 2 (better) extensions which do mostly the same things:

A punishment/mod tools extension

Mod notes
Strikes (will migrate from user management)
Auto moderator and an improved version of issyrocks12/flarum-ext-filter
Potentially some creative punishments (outside of the suspend extension)

User Executive (User Management 2.0)

Fully manage everything about every user
User list will be removed in favor for user search

Hi, just came across this bug when using the extension With A Translation Pack Activate:

When you change your gender in Profile page, the values in the choice list ("Male"/"Female"...) will appear to be in the currently active language (eg. Chinese Characters "男"/"女" if zh-CN translation is active).
And as you click to confirm changes you get an error claiming that the given value of "gender" is invalid. (I don't know if the same error will happen with the sign-up process.)
However if you're currently having the default English translation active, nothing goes wrong.
And yet another problem is, if you change your gender with English active and then change back to Chinese, the info displayed in the user information space will not be translated.

Seeing you're currently rewriting the entire ext I wondered if or not to report this. Hope translation issues would be taken into consideration, thanks 🙂

I will try to help. What version of flarum do you use? And could you upload this file (en.yml) here?

DogtagOmega is this on Beta 8(.1)? The extension does not yet work with that version.

DogtagOmega Then you will need to wait until ReFlar updates it. The [Abandoned] tag indicates that the extension is not compatible with the latest Flarum version.

DogtagOmega as you can clearly see in the repo's description on GitHub, this extension is depreciated in favor of a brand new and rewritten extensions coming soon to a Flarum near you 🙂

There were some problems:
The extension has almost run on 0,1,0-beta.8.1. And I can't access the web page now. There was an error:
Symfony \ Component \ Translation \ Exception \ InvalidResourceException
Error parsing YAML, invalid file "/var/www/html/vendor/reflar/user-management/src/Listeners/../../locale/en.yml"
Previous exceptions
A colon cannot be used in an unquoted mapping value at line 164 (near "title: Serve a Strike to: {username}"). (0)

I check the User Management on the admin management web page. How can I stop it?

0E800 Nah, we'll leave it open unless the dev requests it, or they've been reasonably AWOL and there's a new extension that has succeeded it. There's always the dev will come back, or someone else will step in to answer questions.
