#YES
Whoooo! GREAT! Congratulations to Toby and all the developers!
Amazing Project !
very nice template thank you
d1a8lo24 Just install on a xampp version 3.2.1. and everything went well. No problems at all and the API calls are actually working correctly.
I couldn't install it on one of my share host but it was because they are still running on PHP 5.4 not cool.
But my 2 initial installs on my Virtual server and now on XAMPP on a windows machine work perfectly.
I do have a question which I think has been brought up by others. Will this beta version be able to upgrade to a stable version once its release?
To me this version is stable enough if you have the right machine to run it on, I know many have had problems installing it or accessing certain parts of the application. Which I think most have to do with either share hosts not having the right modules or libraries and nginx.
I haven't run into any problems at all, I have thrown everything I know that could break it this means some of the most inexperienced people that I know and they were clicking on everything, creating posts, playing with the setting, uploading avatars etc... and I haven't had a problem or had anyone mention they had a problem, everyone that was using the application just loved it.
Anyway congrats again on such a great application
Nice work!
Super excited! Keep up the fantastic work guys!
awesome
Flarum is simply great!!
Congratulations! Can't wait until I find the time to try it out!

Erm ... the above congrats were from me, by the way.
For some reason it's showing my username as [deleted] in the previous post...
It looks as though when @Toby liked my post, he also deleted me. Is that a new dev superpower added in beta?!
EDIT: No wait, never mind ... reloading the thread made it go away.

Yes, though you might have to get your hands a little dirty! It will definitely be possible though. Added to the FAQ.

Just because it's usable, doesn't mean you should use it But seriously, we say that you shouldn't run it in production for good reason (security, etc.) so do so at your own risk.
Dominion Haha thanks! Reload the page and your username should come back. It's an elusive bug, possibly related to this one...

Very, very true, it is a beta version. Funny thing though on all the applications that I have use in the past 10 years the number one thing that I have had to worry about concerning security was spam bots. Oh and the very, very new people that just love to click everywhere like a crawler and see what happens, to me those are the best beta testers because they will overload the application to a breaking point.
But thanks for the answers, and any little bugs that I find i will make sure to report them.
thanks god!!
Man, congratulations Flarum looks and works (based on Your site) really great.
Cheers from Poland.
Maybe someday I translate Flarum script to Polish... who knows
Hi. How are you handling translations for Flarum?
