Tried using master and still no Bazaar on my local test, weird.

Ralkage hi, could you restart the install and dont press finish after the install. om the temp folder there should be a composer.log file. since i can't replicate the problem it would be Nice to see it.

To be sure. You press the Bazaar text and not the button on 3rd step?

Now, could you please point me to instructions how to add Extensions? I've made a subdirectory, added the files, edited composer.json, but I guess I'm still missing something...

emowl Hi there.

Pockethold only install Flarum, and Bazaar if you choose to. Alas, if you did not install bazaar. you would have to use composer trough terminal to install extensions.

However, if you choose to install bazaar, you can activate the bazaar extension, and then install other extensions trough bazaar.

Thanks, I didn't have Bazaar at all and had to use this: andreherberth -- but that worked and now it installed.
(Now have a different problem, of a missing Bazaar token, but I will contact the Bazaar developer about this)

@emowl @luceos I am fairly interested to know if this is related to pockethold or bazaar itself as well.

As for release candidate, I have to test the "unstable" branch you used against different php versions before doing a release. I hope to do this soon ?

Edit: I see the issue have been created on bazaars github repo, i'l keep tabs on it there. .

So my Bazaar token troubles have been solved.
But I can't seem to install anything with Bazaar. (not new, haven't been able to do this from the beginning). I get an "Your requirements could not be resolved to an installable set of packages" error. I've checked that all the required PHP extensions are enabled.
Any idea if this is Bazaar related or Pockethold related?
As mentioned, i installed using the patch from here andreherberth

emowl not sure if it's Bazaar fault, but it's certainly related. Did you try installing packages manually with the composer command as well ? If so, did it work ?

If the problem persists, please open an issue with your php flarum info output at https://github.com/flagrow/bazaar/issues so we can take a look at it ?

emowl Bazaar downloads it's own version of composer by having it as a dependency, and the composer downloaded by pockethold is deleted after it is finished.

The only thing I can think of that could cause this due to pockethold, is if the following command could cause any corruption of bazaar in any way.

require flagrow/bazaar --update-no-dev --ignore-platform-reqs --prefer-dist -n -o

andreherberth I'm not too sure if --ignore-platform-reqs is a good idea... If you don't meet the platform requirements for Bazaar then you shouldn't try to use it, it simply won't work ?

emowl I am somewhat ashamed that it was pockethold's fault.

However, I am glad I got a report that corrected my error. I am now a tiny bit more informed on the workings of composer.
Also @luceos , I should have listened to you when you had it plainly in your pull request ?

Good morning,
could you please post post the composer.log and install.log contents? They should be located in the /temp folder.

It would also be nice to know if you used the latest Release, or the "unstable" release.

And does the folder "flarumtemp" exist? (not inside /temp)
