luceos Your server cannot access smtp.yandex.com. Well it can access the host, but the host is not responding to you. There might be several reasons for this. I suggest asking yandex support about this. Nothing we can do here.
luceos Please don't bump another discussion once you've started your own, especiallly if it's unrelated to the issue you have. Yandex has nothing to do with mailgun.
luceos BajpanGosh if you tried mailgun with the same port I guess your hosting provider is blocking the port.
