Korean Language Extension Release based on v0.1.0-beta6

Hi,

Korean language pack has been released based on the latest beta version, v0.1.0-beta6.

I've found existing the extension but it's not compatible with current version. So I decided to rework.
I hope this will help somebody who is considering to using Flarum with Korean.

How to install

composer composer require comocozy/flarum-ext-korean

Please take a look and let me know if any issues.

좋은 작업 감사합니다!!! nodeBB를 대신한 php용 포럼을 찾다가 발견했는데 매우 좋아보이네요_!! 그런데 이상하게 이런 포럼들이 한글 검색이 잘 안되던데 아쉽게도 FLARUM 또한 마찬가지네요. 앞으로 좀 더 업데이트가 되면 한글도 잘 지원하리라 기대해 봅니다.
