That's what I wanted to title the post with.
Trying to make this short before I go on and on about it. Title says it all, what it doesn't say is that I cant provide proof of legal residency so I wont be rehired by the new company after I am terminated from the one currently being assimilated.
Whats also true is that I was never given an opertunity to negotiate a new salary and that I will not be keeping my current insurance options. While the currently company I work for paid for my health insurance, this BORG CO. will not be as generous. I barely come up with rent, and cant keep food in the fridge for my 5 year old. To add on the burden of paying for health insurance when I cant even take a day off work to see a doctor is too much to deal with.
So I am hoping this technicality about me not being able to provide legal documentation will ultimately lead to me being terminated at the end of July and give me unemployment legibility.
Ive sent out emails to some of the clients that greatly appreciated my work and support and hopefully with enough of their support I should be able to make what I make now and be able to stay at home so I can walk my kid to school and be there to walk him home.
I never had a dad, and I did terrible in school. My son starts kindergarten this year and his mother is not committed so hes all I have now, I need to be home and this is just what I needed to light a fire under my arse to get me motivated.
Whats is life?
