I have been a customer for over a year now and have had nothing but good things to say. Any time I get into strife the team have always been available to bail me out. I haven't used a hosting service that meets this standard in all honest and I have come from using HostGator and Namecheap before.
I will be honest and let you know that they have discontinued shared hosting but getting your own VPS is the next best thing.
