Español: disiculpas, escribo en español para dar un mejor soporte al usuario.

por lo que veo haz instalado varias extensiones y estan registradas en tu file composer.json
Mi recomendacion es que instales de nuevo, ya que la web esta recien instalada.
recuerda de actualizar, instalar y quitar extensiones via composer, no borrando las carpetas eso lo hace composer para actualizar las dependencias del software.
la traduccion en español pronto va ser obsoleta porque viene una nueva version pronto, todavia no traduzcas el foro hasta que este en version estable

HernanAnthonyPCutimbo veo que haz instalado varias extensiones ademas del protocolo https , mi recomendacion es simple, instala todo de nuevo... solo el core y las extenciones Oficiales .
- no traduzcas el foro al español por ahora... el software esta en Desarrollo.
- no configures el software a https hasta que salga una version estable del software.
- Los comandos ssh son codigos como en DOS simples de manejar, como te explico arriba jordanjay29 coges una terminal y ejecutas los codigos.
- otra recomendacion es usar software como XAMPp para que teste las extensiones y en tu Web subes solo las soportadas para que no te creen conflicto con el desarrollo del Core De Flarum

DiegoPino elimine todo de la carpeta public_html como me dijiste pero ahora cuando el comando:

HernanAnthonyPCutimbo el problema que tienes ahora es de la carpeta donde se instalara el Software de Flarum. Es simple , intenta esto: lo pongo en ingles para el soporte

The Folder Must be Empty to install Flarum Software, try that:
composer create-project flarum/flarum foldername --stability=beta creates the directory foldername the Flarum Software Download the Files inside to foldername

There's no space between the - and rf. You need to use -rf This is a flag (also called a switch) that changes the behavior of rm.

HernanAnthonyPCutimbo para que te quede en la carpeta public_html debes de borrar todos los archivos de la carpeta Public_html ya que te sale el error de que hay archivos donde se va descargar el software de Flarum

Please DiegoPino I know you mean well but your understanding of composer and Flarum is limited at best. I know this sounds harsh but you simply made things worse, not better.

The moment the Forum goes into 503 down for maintenance, it means you need to update it. This can be done by going to the admin page of the forum and updating it. From the Spanish I see you (DiegoPino) suggested to do a full re-install?

And please stop pulling in information that is unrelated to this user. You mention XAMPP and other tools of preference, let's stick with what the user has not with what you are comfortable with.

Can we get this back on track by:

Using English again (also in the Community Guidlines)
Have @HernanAnthonyPCutimbo give a report where we are right now

If so install Flarum again in that same directory.
